Warrior 2 — Virabhadrasana II is a standing yoga pose named after a mythological Hindu warrior, Virabhadra. A powerful stretch for the legs, groins, and chest, Virabhadrasana II also increases stamina. It helps to relieve backaches, and stimulates healthy digestion.
